All content \u2014 including but not limited to weather reports, NOTAMs, D-ATIS, radar imagery, and weather charts \u2014 is not certified<\/b> by any civil aviation authority and must not<\/b> be used as the primary basis for flight planning, navigation, or operational decision-making.<\/p>

You must obtain and rely exclusively on official sources<\/b> (such as ATIS, METAR\/TAF from certified channels, and official NOTAM publications) before conducting any aviation activities.<\/p>

Use of this App for operational purposes may violate applicable aviation regulations.<\/b><\/b><\/p>

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Completeness, or Timeliness<\/b><\/p>

The App and its contents are provided strictly \u201cas is\u201d<\/b> and \u201cas available\u201d<\/b>, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.<\/p>

The developer makes no guarantee<\/b> that any data is:<\/p>

    3. Custom Weather Sources<\/b><\/p>

    If you configure or use custom weather sources in the App, you confirm that you have the full legal right to access and use any data retrieved from those sources. The developer assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, legality, or usage of any external or user-configured data sources.<\/p>

    4. Third-Party Data<\/b><\/p>

    The App may include or display data from third-party providers, including but not limited to:<\/p>

    • <\/span>NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)<\/li>\n
    • <\/span>RainViewer<\/li>\n<\/ul>

      The developer does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or availability of any third-party data.<\/p>

      5. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p>

      To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable<\/b> for any injury, death, property damage, loss, cost, or expense \u2014 including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages \u2014 arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>

      This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:<\/p>
